This is a favorite of my grandchildren. They love this place. The food is good. Bottomless sides and the portions make this a really good value to take the family out to dinner. The service is good. The place was busy and they seem to be short staffed. They were hustling to provide enough table coverage.

This has got to be one of the best red robins that I've ever been to. I came in here for lunch place was nice and clean The service was great my food came out Is very fast everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you for a great service thank you for grapefruit we'll definitely be back will definitely come back to Red Robin. I've had a bad experience at 1 location in Elk Grove and I said I was done whit Red Robin but you guys just won me back over I just won't go to the one in Elk Grove that is right by my house I will have to come to this one from now on

Tonight's service was the worst service ever. Our drinks didn't taste like it had any alcohol at all. Eggs on the burgers were cold. Chicken was cold and the salad warm from sitting under the lamp. I will definitely not come to this particular Red Robin again. I've been here several times. But tonight was very unpleasant.

Food is consistently good here. I usually stick to the burgers and fries (haven't ventured to much else on the menu). Their sweet potato and the garlic fries are my favorite. Lots of flavor, crunchy on the outside while almost having a creamy potato texture on the inside 😋 I love the Whiskey River®️ BBQ Burger and the Banzai Burger with pineapple and extra teriyaki. Both are super flavorful. I always ask for extra sauce.

The portions have incredibly decreased in size. The flavor was still on par with RR tradition. The service was on track with most of the service industry, poor at best. They were short handed, stood in the lobby for 5 minutes with 3 other parties waiting for the greeter. When the greeter showed up, she was short on words and without much personality. Our waitress was quick to point out she had to server us because her co-worker left. Overall, I will try one again and the value for the money $$. 👌 I'm still in disbelief, the higher CA raises minimum wage, the more we pay for even worse service.

I had a donatos pepperoni pizza from red robin and my was that really good!! The server Alissa was very nice and always smiling making our experience very pleasant and welcoming! Will definitely be back!

My husband ordered the Whiskey River BBQ Ribs last night via Grubhub. It also came with coleslaw and fries. The coleslaw had no dressing on it just plain cabbage mix. Within the hour he was complaining his stomach hurt and a few hours later …

Onion rings and great burgers. How could anyone go wrong. Food was cooked well and served hot, and service was excellent. Been a while since I last visited a Red Robin, but will definitely go back soon.
